School Decorum - Do’s & Don’t

  • Every student should carry the Almanac, wear his/her I-card, school uniform, follow the time table and complete the assignments timely.
  • We at FCS do NOT allow/permit/promote the Minor students to drive scooty, bike, car, etc. to the school. Self Transport Student should reach the school five minutes before the bell rings.
  • Habitual ‘Late Comers’ will not be allowed after two notifications and fine will be imposed later. Kindly pay the fee and other dues timely to ensure smooth attendance of lectures by your ward. Students should be habitually clean and maintain hygiene. Shabbily dressed students will be sent back. House uniform should be worn on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • It is not advisable to bring valuable articles/ large sum of money to school. In case of loss, the school does not bear any responsibility. Only small studs in gold or silver are allowed (if any traditional/cultural/medical reason). Fancy studs will be removed immediate especially in case of boys.
  • Students are not allowed to bring/carry electronic gadgets, mobilephones, cameras, I-pods, razors, blades, sharp edged articles,heavy bracelets, kada, rings etc into the school campus. Such articles will be confiscated and may call for immediate action.
  • Changing classrooms between periods, where necessary, should be done silently and in orderly manner. Shouting, loud talking or whistling is not allowed in the school. English in the best possible “Civilized Tone,” should be used for communication. Misbehavior with the “Staff Members” will invite immediate strict action.
  • Care must be taken of all School property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or charts or damage Bus seats, write or draw anything on the wall or damage things belonging to others. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher or the co-ordinator and penalty would be imposed to the students.
  • Bullying in any form is prohibited and such act will be dealt with stern action. Case of Frauds, Cheating, Stealing of official Data, Threatening, Misuse/Hicking of someone’s ID on Social Media, Abusing in any form would invite Legal action along with Termination.
  • A students who fails twice in three years will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the School.
  • Parents are requested not to visit their wards in the classrooms withut the permission of the Principal. Parents are encouraged to communicate with the teachers through th Almanac on the regular basis to monitor the performance of their ward. Request for meeting teachers on School days other than on PTM days, will not normally be entertained. If necessary, prior approval of the Principal must be obtained.
  • Appointment with Dentist/Doctors or others should, as far as possible be avoided during School hours. Such request for leave will not normally be entertained.
